I love speaking at conferences and podcasts. My main topic is #AI and how it will shape software development now and in the future. Controversial, against all contemporary thinking, I believe we have focused on the wrong thing for the last 20 years. Software development today is structured around throughput but should be structured around control - see my Theory of Control. This is the one reason companies struggle with AI.
